Down the rabbit hole: DAE prom night and the announcement of the L'Oréal and NYX competitions winners.
On May 22, our students stepped out of the classroom and straight into Wonderland for our annual Prom Study Night. It promised to be a magical evening dedicated to celebrating creativity, connection and community before the final exam season begins.
The theme? Alice in Wonderland! The students were encouraged to dress up and even cosplay characters from the book or movie. The night was a full dive into fantasy. It was the perfect send-off before the pressure of exams begins, giving them one last evening to unwind and celebrate together.
Industry magic: our collaboration with L'Oréal Group and NYX Professional Makeup
The Prom was also the setting for a special announcement: the winner of two exciting CGI contests hosted by L'Oréal Group and NYX Professional Makeup.
- The L'Oréal CGI Hair Contest challenged students to explore digital hairstyling and simulation in theme Vintage Classic.
- The NYX CGI Makeup Contest was all about Radical Self Expression and students focused on inventive cosmetic looks rendered in 3D
These competitions allowed students to push their creative boundaries while working with globally recognized brands.
